Job Responsibilities
Handle private property conveyancing related matters etc. sale, purchase, redemption, refinancing and BUC
Prepare documents related to conveyancing matters;
Communicate with clients and parties related to the conveyancing process.
Timely completion of conveyancing transactions.
Draft letters and emails, respond to enquiries and messages
All other incidental secretarial / administrative duties
Job Requirements
1-5 years conveyancing experience preferred.
