We are replacing the traditional legal secretary role with something built for how legal work actually operates today.

You will own everything non-billable across our active dispute files — deadlines, correspondence, filings, bundles, billing coordination, client updates — so our lawyers can focus entirely on the work that requires a lawyer. You will use AI tools as your primary instrument, not an occasional aid. If you are not already doing this, this role is not for you.

Strong judgment. High initiative. No supervision required. Experience in a demanding professional environment is an asset, but not a prerequisite — fresh graduates who are serious about building an autonomous, high-responsibility career from day one are welcome and encouraged to apply.
