Conveyancing Lawyer (NQ / Junior Level)

Job Description

Our client, an established law firm in Singapore, is seeking a Conveyancing Lawyer to join its growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for Newly Qualified (NQ) lawyers or junior practitioners looking to build a long-term career in conveyancing. Training, mentorship, and hands-on guidance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle residential, commercial, and industrial property transactions
• Draft, review, and prepare conveyancing and legal documentation
• Liaise with clients, banks, property agents, government authorities, and other stakeholders
• Manage conveyancing files and transactions from inception to completion
• Conduct legal research and provide legal support on conveyancing matters
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements

Requirements

• Degree in Law recognised by the Singapore Institute of Legal Education (SILE)
• Called to the Singapore Bar
• Freshly called/NQ candidates are welcome to apply
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within a conveyancing practice
