Lawyer (Conveyancing)

Kickstart your legal career with an established law firm. Freshly called lawyers and junior practitioners are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in residential, commercial, and industrial property transactions
• Draft and review conveyancing documents and agreements
• Conduct legal searches and due diligence
• Liaise with clients, banks, agents, and relevant stakeholders
• Manage conveyancing matters from inception to completion
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Law recognised by SILE
• Called to the Singapore Bar and qualified as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore
• Fresh graduates and lawyers with no PQE are welcome to apply
• Prior conveyancing experience will be an advantage
• Strong communication and organisational skills
