Legal Associate

A premier, top-tier law firm is looking for a 1–3 PQE Singapore Qualified Associate to join its market-leading Banking & Finance practice, specializing in Asset Finance (Aviation, Shipping, and Structured Finance).

You will work directly with recognized partners on high-value, complex cross-border transactions, advising global financial institutions and major leasing companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate complex asset finance and leasing documentation.

• Manage transaction closings and coordinate regional, cross-border deals.

• Provide commercially focused advice on structural and regulatory matters.

Requirements

• Admitted to the Singapore Bar (1–3 years PQE).

• Background in Banking & Finance is highly desirable.

• Direct asset/shipping/aviation finance experience is a plus, but general banking associates keen to specialize are welcome to apply.

• Excellent drafting, analytical, and time-management skills.
