Legal Associate - Disputes / Insolvency Litigation

We are looking for lawyers with 1 to 2 years PQE to join our Disputes, Restructuring & Insolvency department:

- Liaising with clients on legal manners
- Compile, edit, draft legal documents
- Conduct legal research on cases
- Assist with case preparation including opening and closing subs and helping in court hearings/trials
- Daily record keeping with electronic and physical filing of case files
- Good drafting, communication, research and advocacy skills
- A good team player capable of working independently as well
- Highly motivated, with a positive attitude, responsibility, commercial acumen and outstanding time management skills.
