Legal Coordinator/ Executive (Corporate)

Job Description:

• Coordinate corporate secretarial matters by arranging the execution, notarization, and legalization of corporate documents for regional subsidiaries, while maintaining an accurate and up-to-date database of corporate records for all entities.
• Provide administrative support to the Legal & Compliance (L&C) Counsels in contract management, including overseeing the contract lifecycle management system (DocuSign).
• Administer the contract lifecycle management platform by coordinating document execution and ensuring timely completion of signing processes among contracting parties.
• Support the day-to-day operations of the L&C Department by organizing legal document repositories, processing invoices, onboarding external vendors, assisting with budget planning, developing digital learning materials and training resources, and handling general administrative responsibilities.
• Assist regional subsidiaries in maintaining and updating standard contract templates and legal documentation.
• Evaluate existing workflows and systems, recommend process enhancements, and collaborate with cross-functional business and operational teams to implement improvements across regional subsidiaries.
• Ensure the efficient management of administrative, operational, and logistical functions within the L&C Department to support smooth departmental operations.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Law or any related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Legal.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
