Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare, manage, and maintain corporate secretarial documents including AGM/EGM materials, board resolutions, statutory registers, and regulatory filings with ACRA and IRAS and equivalent entities in other jurisdictions.
Liaise with external corporate secretarial service providers in Singapore and across Southeast Asia, and headquarters in Hong Kong.
Prepare and review commercial contracts, including customer agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, and service-level agreements.
Provide a legal support to different departments and business units across the organisation, with a strong focus on corporate secretarial matters.
Handle regulatory and licensing matters, including license applications, renewals, variations, and ongoing compliance with applicable regulatory requirements across relevant jurisdictions, and coordinate regulatory submissions, filings and responses.
Support management on legal, compliance, and administrative matters, including coordination with internal departments, regional offices, and external parties where required.
Provide general legal support and assist in ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned from time to time
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, business management, or a related field.
1 – 2 years’ experience in a compliance officer role.
Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures.
Brilliant oral and written communication skills.
Highly-analytical with strong attention to detail
