Roles & Responsibility

●    Report directly to the General Counsel and the Management Council

●    Implement business and legal decisions aligned with the Foundation’s objectives

●    Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams, including product, business, and strategy units

●    Monitor global regulatory andlegal developments, particularly across Asian jurisdictions

●    Manage ad-hoc corporate legalmatters aligned with strategic business initiatives

●    Provide legal guidance on digital assets, fintech, and Web3-related matters

Requirement

●    Interest in the blockchain and digital asset industry

●    Licensed lawyer in the United States, Singapore or Korea

●    Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in IT, fintech, digital assets, or Web3

●    Fluency in English and or Korean, both written and spoken

●    Experience engaging with government or financial regulatory authorities

Good to Have

●    Strong understanding of the blockchain and digital asset industry

●    Experience in global or regional compliance functions

●    Prior in-house counsel experience in tech, fintech, or blockchain companies

●    Ability to manage multiple legal workstreams in a fast-paced, cross-border environment
