Legal Manager – Multiple Locations (Singapore / Indonesia / Thailand)

This position can be based in Singapore, Indonesia, or Thailand. Willingness to travel for business trips is required.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide legal support and advice for B2B / B2G projects and tenders.

2. Identify, analyze, and mitigate legal and business risks.

3. Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

4. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies.

5. Advise management on legal matters related to business operations and strategic initiatives.

6. Liaise with internal stakeholders, government authorities, and external legal counsel as required.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.).

- Experience: Minimum 5 years of legal experience, preferably with exposure to government projects and public procurement.

- Skills: Strong experience in risk assessment, risk analysis, and risk mitigation. Solid understanding of corporate law, contract law, compliance, and regulatory matters.

- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

- Language: Good command of English, both written and spoken.
