We are a fast-growing international sports league operating across multiple territories. Our lean, high-performing in-house legal team supports commercial partnerships, broadcast rights, player and talent agreements, governance, and capital markets.
As we scale, we are building our legal infrastructure and are looking for a driven paralegal to play a key role in that journey.
Role Overview
Reporting to the General Counsel, you will be central to the smooth running of legal operations. You will own contract tracking systems, manage the end-to-end NDA and contractor lifecycle, and support drafting across a broad range of commercial matters.
This role is designed to free up senior lawyers for high-value work. You’ll be given meaningful responsibility from day one, with strong opportunities to grow alongside the function.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Management & Operations
• Build and maintain the central contract register, ensuring accurate tracking across jurisdictions
• Monitor key contractual milestones and proactively flag upcoming actions
• Support implementation and administration of a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system
• Maintain document standards, filing protocols, and version control
• Produce contract status reports and dashboards
NDA & Contractor Management
• Own the end-to-end NDA, employee, and contractor agreement process
• Manage templates and act as first point of contact for requests
• Handle straightforward negotiations and ensure timely execution
Drafting & Legal Support
• Assist with drafting and reviewing commercial agreements (e.g. sponsorship, media, supplier, player agreements)
• Prepare first drafts of standard documents, term sheets, and ancillary materials
• Conduct targeted legal research and support due diligence processes
Legal Operations
• Manage execution workflows using e-signature tools (e.g. DocuSign)
• Maintain templates, precedents, and internal guidance
• Support external counsel management and general legal administration
• Contribute to improving legal processes and workflows
Requirements
• Law degree, paralegal qualification, or ~4+ years’ relevant experience
• Experience managing and tracking commercial contracts
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Working knowledge of contract law and ability to identify/escalate risk
• Proactive, process-oriented mindset
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management ability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Valid Singapore work authorisation (no visa sponsorship)
Desirable
• In-house experience (sports, media, entertainment, or events preferred)
• Familiarity with CLM systems (e.g. Ironclad, Juro, ContractPodAi)
• Cross-border contracting exposure
• Experience with e-signature tools
• Interest in sports and the commercial sports landscape
