Paralegal (in-house)

We are currently seeking to fill a Paralegal opening on behalf of our client, a leading supply chain MNC.

Position Summary

The Paralegal will provide comprehensive legal and administrative support to the Legal team, with a primary focus on commercial disputes, and compliance.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with the regional teams.

Job responsibilities:

• Work with the stakeholders in drafting, negotiating, and processing of a broad range of contracts
• Prepare, review, update, and maintain standard form agreements, legal templates, precedents, and other legal documentation
• Provide litigation and disputes support to the legal team, including preparing reports, chronologies, and conducting fact-finding investigations.
• Assist in negotiating settlement agreements and documenting dispute resolutions
• Conduct legal research on relevant legislation, regulations, and industrydevelopments.
• Support the regional implementation across all jurisdictions of new policies and regulations initiated by the company

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of paralegal experience with a law firm or company
• Experience supporting dispute resolution, litigation, or claims management is of an advantage
• Strong legal research and analytical skills
• Excellent drafting and document preparation abilities
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Commercial awareness and problem-solving mindset
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
