Senior Legal Counsel

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Senior Legal Counsel to support the Company's legal and corporate matters, particularly in corporate, commercial, and cross-border business operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Providing legal advice on corporate and commercial matters.

• Leading legal due diligence exercises for corporate transactions.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and other legal documentation.
• Advising on corporate structuring, regulatory compliance, and governance matters.
• Working closely with internal business teams and external legal advisors on local and cross-border legal matters.
• Identifying legal risks and providing practical commercial solutions.
• Monitoring relevant regulatory developments and ensuring ongoing compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or above. A Master's degree in Law is preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in corporate law, commercial law, regulatory compliance, or corporate advisory.
• Experience gained from reputable law firms or multinational corporations.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills for complex commercial contracts and legal documentation.
• Familiarity with corporate legal matters and cross-border business operations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
