Compliance Analyst/Trainee

Job Duties

• Take part in advisory services to clients on dealing with compliance and regulatory issues
• Assist in analyzing and drafting policies and procedures in compliance with the updated regulatory requirements
• Facilitate clients in understanding and meeting regulatory requirements amid carrying out the regulated activities
• Conduct risk review, remediate gaps and design solutions for compliance purpose
• Support ad-hoc projects/assignments related to compliance issues
• Keep abreast of the up-to-date regulatory requirements in financial markets

Requirements

• Degree holder major in Finance, Law, Accounting, Communications, Translations or related disciplines
• Practical experience in compliance work being desirable
• Strong English and Chinese writing skills
• Well-organised and good time management
• Self-motivated and pro-active team player
• High ethical and integrity standards
• Good command of spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in the use of MS office software
