Corporate Legal Executive (Premium Consumer Products)

Responsibilities:

• This role involves a comprehensive range of responsibilities related to managing the legal affairs of the company, ensuring compliance, and providing support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Setting up a structured Corporate Legal System.
• Maintaining Records and Database Management.
• Providing Administrative Support.
• Managing Legal Workflows and Deadlines.
• Conducting Legal Research.
• Billing and Budgeting.
• Analysing Legal and Competitive Information.
• Collating Evidence and Supporting Documents.
• Preparing and Formalizing Legal Documents.
• Collaborating with Business Divisions and External Counsels.
• Reviewing Agreements and Drafting Legal Documents.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Law or equivalents with at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in establishing strong relationships with diverse Business Divisions by employing excellent communication abilities and interpersonal strengths.
