We are a young, proactive and international consultancy firm established in 2014. Since recent years we have been experiencing growth in Singapore and other countries throughout SEA. We are therefore looking for a talented and ambitious sales / marketing executive who can work with us to further explore Singapore’s as well as SEAs market.

Responsibilities

• Establishing solid relationships with existing and new clients
• Perform presentation to clients related to the company products and services.
• Update / optimise  presentation.
• Attend to client’s enquiries as well as managing and resolving and possible issues & complaints.
• Manage ISO training sales and certifications.
• Active in online marketing and creating online awareness through Linkedin, Facebook, Google and other means.
• Design and develop marketing content such as promotion flyers, brochures, posters
• Develop training schedule for ISO Public running courses on a yearly basis
• Organize, coordinate and oversee project management plan under planned programme that is scheduled to run and administration of customers relationship feedback and rapports building.
• Training registration, arrange for training materials and source/arrange of trainer, venue for training and good coordination of consultancy operation execution.
• To handle all logistic matters before and after each project.
• To dress & exhibit professionalism for every appointment.

Qualification & Requirements

• Possess Diploma / Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations / consultancy 
• Relevant business development experience in certification industry will be an advantage
• Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office – Words, Excel and Power Point
• Good in establishing rapport and able to communicate with all levels of people
• Good team player with good social and communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet tight schedules
• Energetic, proactive and willing to learn, develop and improve current skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
