Job Title: Associate

Responsibilities

• To manage all client work allocated by the Partners.
• To ensure that all client work is progressed expeditiously, and the client is kept regularly informed on progress and costs.
• To deliver high standards of client care in a professional and pleasant manner.
• To ensure confidentiality and security of all the Firm’s and client documentation and information.
• To achieve agreed levels of billing and time recording.
• To build good working relationships with both internal personnel & external clients.
• To guide, lead and develop immediate support staff.
• In conjunction with the Firm, to comply with the relevant training requirements of the Law Society and to assist with in-house training as may be required.

Requirements

• Admission as an Advocate & Solicitor of Singapore.
• Minimum of 1 to 3 years’ post-admission experience
• Strong commercial sense
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver quality work under pressure and within deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build good working relationships with people at all levels
• A team player
