5 days Warehouse Executive up to $3500 (Woodlands)

Warehouse Executive
Salary: $3000 - $3500
Working Hours: 9am - 6pm (Mon to Fri)
Location: Woodlands


Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control and dispatch
• Receive and inspect incoming goods against delivery documents
• Label, sort and store goods accurately
• Update inventory records and perform regular stock counts
• Prepare GRN, delivery and inventory records
• Coordinate deliveries and stock movements
• Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment
• Handle returned or damaged goods
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and comply with workplace safety standards
• Liaise with internal departments and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Familiar with warehouse operations and inventory control
• Knowledge of WMS and Microsoft Excel is an advantage
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
