Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Accounts Executive to support day-to-day accounting operations, including month-end closing, reconciliations, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in completing month-end closing activities to ensure timely financial reporting
• Perform bank reconciliations to verify and balance financial transactions
• Prepare accurate journal entries to maintain up-to-date accounting records
• Support the preparation, documentation, and filing of SST compliance materials
• Maintain proper accounting and e-invoicing records to ensure regulatory compliance
• Enter financial data accurately to uphold the integrity of financial records
• Support audit processes and administrative tasks to facilitate smooth operations
• Execute other assigned ad-hoc duties to support the accounting team’s objectives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis
• Knowledge of accounting software to enhance accounting efficiency
• Familiarity with SST and e-invoicing processes
• Exposure to AI tools or digital accounting systems to support modern accounting practices
• Demonstrated attention to detail, responsibility, and eagerness to learn
