Administrative Executive ( BD)

Job scope

•  Provide administrative support to BD team (calendar, meetings, emails, calls, filing, supplies)
• Manage document control, scanning, records, and correspondence
• Coordinate travel, claims, onboarding, and cross-department liaison (HR, Finance, Project, Company Secretary)
• Maintain client database and update contact information
• Conduct market and competitor research and track industry updates (JTC, URA, STB, Changi Airport)
• Schedule meetings with clients, consultants, vendors, and partners
• Follow up on submissions, approvals, contracts, and project records
• Support events, client visits, corporate functions, and seasonal greetings

Requirement

• Education level – Min. “O” levels or relevant qualification (Diploma in Business Admin)
• Do not mind taking on additional ad-hoc administrative support role
• Preferred work experience in a real estate or property related company
