AfterSales Logistics Specialist (Open to 0 Exp, up to $3,550)

Responsibilities

• Order management: to ensure smooth order receiving and processing
• Supply Operation :
• a) Handle enquiries from Distributors
• b) Liaise with forwarders and suppliers on shipments arrangement to ensure on time delivery
• c) Handling of shipment documentation, e.g Invoice, Packing list, Bill of Lading etc to ensure smooth custom clearance by importers
• Handling of warranty claims, short mispacking report and logistics quality problem report
• Handle SAP for Payment of supplier and buyer invoices
• Prepare monthly report to check KPI results against Target

Requirements

• Deg in Logistics/Supply Chain related
• Strong analytical thinking and negotiation skills
• Eager & fast to learn, open minded for feedback and improvement
• Highly competent with MS Office (Power Point, especially Excel, Access)
• Power BI will be an added advantage
• Willing to travel to Asia If needed
