Air Export Operations Assistant / Officer

Job Description

-Coordinate with Customer Service and Warehouse on operation matters

-Process Shipping Document and execute AWBs

-Ensure accurate input of dimension, weight, rates, and other data into system

-Perform check and verification of compliance for DG and Temperature Control cargo

-Send pre-alerts to overseas destination

-Monitor consol cut-off and cargo lodge in time for urgent shipment

Requirements

- PC-liberate and comfortable using or learning software

-Team Player and able to work independently

-Detail oriented, meticulous and self motivated

-Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency and responsibility in completing work tasks

-At least 1-2 years of working experience. Candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply

-Prior work experience in this industry is not required, but will be advantageous if have

Working hours:

Shift Timing:

• Mon – Fri | 9:00am – 6:30pm

• Mon – Fri | 3:00pm –12:30am

• Mon – Fri | 6:00pm – 3:30am
