Air Import Customer Service Executive East

The Job:

• Coordinate and oversee daily air import operations, including receipt, handling, and delivery of cargo.
• Ensure compliance with air cargo import regulations, company policies, and procedures.
• Liaise with customers, airlines, ground handlers, customs, and other stakeholders to ensure timely cargo clearance and delivery.
• Prepare and process import documentation, including air waybills, customs clearance documents, and invoices.
• Monitor and track shipments, providing updates to customers and internal teams.
• Investigate and resolve shipment issues, such as delays, damages, or discrepancies.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and warehouse teams to maintain smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of cargo manifests, shipment details, and billing information.
• Ensure accurate and timely billing for imported shipments.

The Talent:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields.
• Candidates without experience can apply (training will be provided).
• Prior experience in air import operations, freight forwarding, or logistics is a plus.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Conscientious with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment
