Assistant Officer, PT

Shipping Work

·         To preform and Manage shipping schedule to achieve on time delivery

·         Coordinate with forwarders, production & other related parties for shipment.

·         Preparation required shipping documents (Include FTA related documents – Tax incentive) accurately for all shipment.

·         Preparation of

• Management reports
• Sales Report
• Transportation Report

- Others

• Budget and manage of shipping cost
• Manage of logistic flow (plan container In/Out)
• Project assign by management

Requirements

1.       At least 1-3 years of experience in related field, preferable have knowledge in Shipping & Free Trade Agreement

2.       Competent in computer usage (Microsoft Office Application e.g. Excel, Word & etc)

3.       Personality

·           Careful personality

·           Possess sense of urgency

·           Good Communication skill & team player

·           Able to perform overtime upon required
