💼 Role: Assistant Operations Executive (Maritime Port Operations)

Responsibilities

1. Coordinate daily container terminal activities to support safe, efficient, and seamless operations.
2. Support vessel loading and unloading workflows while maintaining high service and productivity standards.
3. Arrange manpower, equipment, and operational resources based on real-time requirements.
4. Track terminal movements and activity updates through the Terminal Operations System.
5. Collaborate with internal teams, vessel personnel, and operational stakeholders to resolve challenges promptly.
6. Guide and encourage equipment specialists to achieve shift objectives and maintain service quality.
7. Monitor operational conditions and respond effectively to delays, disruptions, or safety concerns.
8. Apply established safety procedures and regulatory requirements across all assigned activities.
9. Prepare operational updates, shift handover notes, and performance records using digital reporting tools.

Requirements

• Diploma in any discipline from a local polytechnic
• Entry-level applicants welcome; relevant experience in operations, logistics, or team coordination is an advantage
• Willing and able to work 5.5 days per week on rotating shifts
• Positive attitude with strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership potential

Compensation and Benefits

• Basic salary range: Up to $3,500
• Monthly shift allowance of $300 to $400
• Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) with variable bonus of 2 to 5 months, subject to performance
• Other benefits under company policy
