About the Role

NORDAQ is seeking a Back Office Lead – Orders & Logistics to support our growing global operations. This position will be based in Singapore and will play a central role in managing customer orders, coordinating shipments, and ensuring efficient day-to-day logistics execution.

You will work closely with customers, freight forwarders, warehouse partners, and internal stakeholders across multiple regions. The role requires a high degree of independence, attention to detail, and ownership of the complete order-to-delivery process.

You will report directly to the Head of Supply Chain, who is based in Stockholm, Sweden.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders and deliveries in the ERP system
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments
• Book and monitor transportation with freight forwarders and carriers
• Maintain regular communication with customers, distributors, and logistics partners
• Coordinate activities with external warehouse providers
• Resolve delivery issues, shipment delays, and customer claims
• Ensure accurate shipping, customs, and order documentation
• Support inventory and order accuracy across systems
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Service, and Supply Chain teams
• Drive continuous improvements in logistics and back-office processes

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with relevant education and experience in logistics, order management, customer service, supply chain administration, or a related field.

You should have:

• 3–7 years of experience in logistics, customer operations, order management, or back-office functions
• Experience working with international shipments and export documentation
• Strong understanding of order-to-delivery processes
• Experience using ERP systems and digital business tools
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• Additional Asian languages are considered an advantage
