Billing Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare, verify, and process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Check, scan, photocopy, file, and maintain delivery orders and invoicing documents.
• Ensure all invoices are complete, accurate, and billed according to company procedures.
• Send invoices and supporting documents to customers via email.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and resolve billing-related issues.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of billing records.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate billing information.
• Perform general administrative duties and other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE "O" Level, NITEC, or equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in billing, invoicing, or administrative support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Able to commence work immediately or on short notice.
• 5.5-day work week (Monday to Friday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm; Saturday: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm).
