Broker Operations - Oil Tankers

𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 (𝗟𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗱 𝗕𝘂𝗹𝗸 / 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗲𝗿𝘀) | 𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗲

We are partnering with an international liquid bulk chartering company with offices across Asia, specialising in chemical and liquid bulk cargo transportation.

We are looking for an experienced Shipping Operator to join their growing Singapore team.

Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day voyage operations for liquid bulk cargoes.

• Coordinate closely with shipowners, charterers, brokers and agents.

• Monitor vessel schedules and ensure compliance with charter party requirements.

• Manage cargo documentation, port calls, laytime and operational matters.

• Support smooth execution of voyages from fixture to completion.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of shipping operations experience within tankers, preferably chemical or liquid bulk.

• Familiar with voyage charter and/or time charter operations.

• Strong understanding of tanker shipping operations and post-fixture activities.

• Able to work independently in a fast-paced commercial shipping environment.

• Mandarin proficiency is advantageous due to frequent interactions with Chinese stakeholders.
