a. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the logistics, transportation and supply chain sectors.
b. Source and engage potential clients through calls, meetings, networking and business referrals.
c. Understand clients’ logistics requirements and propose suitable service solutions.
d. Prepare quotations, business proposals, presentations and tender submissions.
e. Negotiate pricing, service terms and commercial agreements with clients.
f. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
g. Work closely with the Operations team to ensure that clients’ requirements can be fulfilled effectively.
h. Monitor service performance and follow up on customer feedback or operational issues.
i. Conduct market research and monitor competitors, industry developments and customer needs.
j. Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
