Client Service Specialist (ENTRY LEVEL) #HJN

Duties:

• Responsible for managing key accounts by acting as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth issue resolution and successful implementation of new programs.
• Oversees inventory replenishment, stockholding, forecasting, and supply planning to maintain service levels and optimize stock.
• Monitors KPI performance, conducts root cause analysis, and drives continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manages safety stock, excess/obsolete inventory, and utilizes ERP systems to control a high volume of SKUs while improving operational processes.

Working hours; Mon-Fri office hours
Location: East

Requirements:

• Min Deg in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or any other relevant educational qualifications
