Clinic Porter / Operations Support Assistant

We are seeking a responsible, physically fit, and reliable Clinic Porter / Operations Support Assistant to support the daily operational needs of our spa and medical aesthetic clinics. The role involves transporting clinic machines and supplies between outlets, planning efficient delivery and travel routes, assisting with logistics coordination, and handling collection and delivery of invoices and documents across branches.

The ideal candidate should be organised, punctual, service-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple clinic locations.

Job Responsibilities

1. Machine & Equipment Transportation

• Transport aesthetic machines, clinic equipment, and operational supplies safely between outlets and storage locations.
• Ensure machines are handled carefully to prevent damage during loading, unloading, and transportation.
• Assist with setup and placement of machines at designated clinic locations.
• Coordinate with clinic teams regarding delivery schedules and equipment movement.
• Conduct basic checks to ensure transported equipment is complete and in good condition.

2. Route Planning & Logistics Coordination

• Plan efficient daily travel routes to minimise travel time and transportation costs.
• Coordinate outlet delivery schedules to ensure timely movement of machines and documents.
• Maintain proper records of deliveries, collections, and transfers.
• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed within the scheduled timeline.

3. Invoice & Document Handling

• Collect invoices, documents, and operational paperwork from clinics.
• Deliver invoices and documents to the appropriate outlets, departments, or headquarters.
• Ensure confidential documents are handled securely and professionally.
• Obtain acknowledgment or signatures upon collection and delivery where required.
• Maintain organized records of all invoice and document movements.

4. Operational Support

• Assist clinics with ad-hoc operational duties when required.
• Support stock transfers and inventory movement between outlets.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum secondary school education or equivalent.
• Prior experience in logistics, clinic support, delivery coordination, or porter services is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Physically fit and able to carry or move equipment safely.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Responsible, punctual, and dependable.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Positive working attitude and willingness to assist different clinic teams.

Working Conditions

• Required to travel frequently between clinic outlets.
• May be required to carry moderately heavy equipment or supplies.
