Customer Service Officer (Logistics) $2,600 West Area

We are hiring Customer Service Officers to support warehouse coordination and operations.

Work details
Location: West area (near Pioneer / Boon Lay MRT)
Shift: 12-hour rotating shift (Day/Night available)
Working days: Alternate week schedule
Salary: $2,600
Benefits: Meal allowance + AWS + Performance Bonus + $500 Flexi Benefits

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer orders and coordination
• Update WMS / system records and documentation
• Liaise with warehouse team and clients
• Monitor order status and resolve issues
• Support administrative and logistics tasks

Requirements

• Experience in customer service / admin / logistics support
• Basic WMS knowledge preferred
• Able to work in fast-paced environment
• Singaporeans and PR only
