About the Role
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused White Glove Delivery Ambassador to deliver luxury shopping bags and premium retail products. As the face of our company and our clients' brands, you will provide a seamless and exceptional delivery experience while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver luxury shopping bags and premium retail products safely and on time.
- Handle all items with care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
- Provide courteous, friendly, and professional customer service during every delivery.
- Verify delivery details and obtain proof of delivery accurately.
- Maintain regular communication with the Operations Team on delivery progress.
- Follow all company SOPs, client requirements, and security procedures.
- Ensure delivery vehicles are kept clean and presentable.
- Represent the company and our clients with professionalism at all times.
Requirements
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence.
- Good road awareness and safe driving habits.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and professional in appearance.
- Punctual, responsible, and reliable.
- Customer-oriented with good communication skills.
- Able to use a smartphone for delivery applications and updates.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in delivery or customer service is an advantage.
