Demand & Supply Planning Analyst APAC

SharkNinja APAC is seeking a highly analytical and data-driven Demand & Supply Planning Analyst to support the APAC Planning organization through advanced analytics, reporting, and digital enablement. This role will be instrumental in transforming data into actionable insights, improving visibility across the supply chain, and enabling best-in-class S&OP processes.

You will partner closely with regional planning teams and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance planning capabilities through dashboards, data models, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Data & Analytics

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Demand & Supply Planning dashboards using Power BI to provide real-time visibility into key metrics
• Build and optimize planning data models to streamline workflows and enable planners to focus on supply modeling and decision-making
• Analyze demand and supply data to identify risks, opportunities, and emerging trends, providing actionable insights

Reporting & Insights

• Prepare and distribute regular reports and performance updates to key stakeholders
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment across systems and reporting tools

Planning Enablement

• Support the preparation of S&OP and consensus materials through data consolidation, analysis, and visualization
• Collaborate closely with market planning teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions
• Improve planning productivity through automation and process optimization

Projects & Continuous Improvement

• Lead and support implementation of planning tools, systems enhancements, and digital transformation initiatives
• Drive productivity and innovation projects, including the application of AI and advanced analytics in planning
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, data flows, and reporting efficiency

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with regional and market planning teams to align on data, assumptions, and outputs
• Work cross-functionally with supply chain, commercial, and finance teams to ensure end-to-end visibility
• Act as a key liaison between business users and technical teams

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong proficiency in Power BI (mandatory) and Tablue
• 3-5 years of Demand/Supply Planning Experience
• Experience with IT systems (eg. Oracle, SAP)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Work in cross functional teams
• Ability to spot trends and interpret results
• Familiarity with S&OP/IBP processes and supply chain planning concepts
