Demand & Supply Planning Executive (East/MNC)

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts, managing planning, delivery, and supply-related matters.

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring effective issue resolution and high satisfaction levels.

• Provide regular and ad-hoc updates on production schedules, order status, and delivery timelines.

• Monitor production plans and ensure alignment with customer delivery requirements while addressing any supply risks.

• Analyze supply chain performance metrics, support root cause analysis for missed targets, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and overall performance.

Requirement:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, with 2 years' experience with strong Excel skills and SAP/MRP knowledge is an advantage.

Additional Information:

• Up to $4700

• Located in Tampines

• 5 working days (Wednesday–Sunday); 1st shift 7am–3pm (Wed–Fri in office), 2nd shift 3pm–11pm.
