What You'll Do

• Safely chauffeur the Directors and their family members to various destinations with professionalism and discretion.
• Ensure company vehicles are always clean, well-maintained, fuelled, and ready for use.
• Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, inspections, and other maintenance requirements.
• Manage day-to-day warehouse inventory and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Managing warehouse logistics
• Pick, pack, load, and unload goods while ensuring accuracy and proper handling.
• Coordinate logistics operations, including deliveries, transportation, and timely distribution of goods to retail outlets.
• Support the team with general logistics activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Take on ad-hoc duties and special projects as assigned, contributing to the company's overall success.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level
• Must be able to do delivery (Includes lifting and using of trolley)
• Must be able to work with young children
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• With Class 3 licence with good driving record
• Excellent communication (English is a must) and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, driven and able to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Required Skill(s): • Strong analytical skills, proactive and can-do attitude
