E-commerce warehouse Assistant / Operations Executive

Job Summary
Castle Rock EXIM Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based e-commerce retailer specialising in the sale and delivery of wines, spirits, and other alcoholic beverages.

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse and e-commerce fulfilment operations. The role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and operational readiness of the warehouse, handling inventory properly, picking and packing customer orders accurately, and coordinating the dispatch of orders to courier partners.

The ideal candidate should be organised, physically fit, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness, organisation, and good working condition of the warehouse
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and rotation of stock inventory
• Perform stock receiving, checking, labelling, and shelving
• Conduct regular stock counts and inventory checks
• Pick and pack e-commerce orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare orders for delivery and coordinate dispatch to courier partners
• Ensure all orders are packed securely and according to company standards
• Monitor stock levels and report low or damaged inventory
• Assist in loading and unloading of goods when required
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and operational procedures
• Support general warehouse and logistics operations as assigned

Requirements

• Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce fulfilment is preferred
• Basic knowledge of inventory management (Bigseller) and order fulfilment processes
• Able to lift and move cartons/products when required
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a warehouse environment
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory systems
• Positive attitude and team player

Working Hours

• 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday

• Experience working with courier platforms and e-commerce systems is an advantage
