E-Commerce/Warehouse Assistant

We are seeking an E Commerce Assistant to join our growing team in Singapore. As an E Commerce/Warehouse Assistant, you will be supporting daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, scanning and labelling.

Responsibilities:

• Order Fulfillment: Use pick sheets to retrieve items and scanned out from inventory.
• Quality Control: Visually inspect items for damage, defects, or missing parts before packing.
• Packaging: Select appropriate materials (E.g - boxes, bubble wrap, padding) to protect goods.
• Labelling and Documentation: Apply accurate shipping labels and tracking information to packages to prevent shipping errors
• Inventory Management: Update inventory system to record packed items and report low stock levels. Accurately pick items based on customer orders.
• Pack orders securely and ensure they are timely for dispatch.
• Staging and Loading : Move completed orders to staging areas or load them onto delivery trucks using pallet jacks or trolleys.
• Workspace Maintenance: Keep the packing area clean and organized to ensure safety and efficiency
• Assist in monthly and annual stock taking activities
• Perform other ad-hoc warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an E Commerce/Warehouse Assistant or Similar Role
• Excellence communications and interpersonal skills
• strong attention to detail
• Able to lift heavy objects and able to handle warehouse duties
• Positive work attitude and willingness to learn
• Singaporean/Local with experience in the retail industry is preferred
• Able to start immediately
