Job Scope

- Manage Service Parts and Accessories order and supply within and outside Asia Pacific regions

Day to day task:

1.    Order management: to ensure smooth order receiving and processing
2.    Supply Operation :
a)    Handle enquiries from Distributors 

b)    Liaise with forwarders and suppliers on shipments arrangement
c)    Handling of shipment documentation, e.g. Invoice, Packing list, Bill of Lading etc. to ensure smooth custom &  clearance by importers
3.    Handling of warranty claims, short mispacking report and logistics quality problem report
4.    Handles SAP Payment of supplier and buyer invoices
5.    Prepare monthly report to report on KPI results

Job Requirements

• Degree in Logistics with 1 – 2 years working experience in similar job scope
• Entry level candidates welcome to apply as training provided
• Highly competent with MS Office (Power Point, especially Excel, Access)
• Power BI will be an added advantage
• Willing to travel to Asia If needed
