Location: Bishan, Singapore
Working hours: 9am to 6pm , Monday to Friday
Salary: $3,000 – $4,000 per month

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and outgoing Operations Executive to support the day-to-day operations of a growing organisation. This role involves coordinating with drivers, resolving operational issues, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily operational activities.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with drivers and operational partners.
• Communicate company policies, operational updates, and service standards.
• Monitor operational performance and resolve issues promptly.
• Handle enquiries and provide timely support to drivers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate operational records.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Confident in engaging and managing relationships with drivers and stakeholders.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
