Responsibilities:
Responsible for successfully securing new customers, attend client meetings, handle rate quotations, negotiations, and sales leads follow-up.
Nurture excellent relations with clients and make sure their requirements have been professionally understood and responded to.
Keep up with relevant Trades updates on clients’ feedback and performance and resolves their complaints and provide solutions.
Attend and contribute to weekly sales meetings and provide weekly sales reports related to customer portfolios and market conditions.
Produce regular reports on MS performance and other related performance report in comparison to SPLY.
Process credit application, review and update credit terms as required by Sales and Finance.
Deliver the set targets for both outbound and inbound numbers and reducing idling of empties.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the company’s goals and targets.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the company’s products, competition, and industry trends.
Ensure all administrative tasks related to sales activities are completed accurately and on time.
Requirements:
Minimum degree in relevant field.
Relevant experience from Carrier service or Container Lines industry. Candidates with more experience may be considered for Senior Sales Executive position.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong interpersonal skills and negotiation skills with a positive and can-do attitude.
Possess valid driving license and own transport with good driving record.
