Factory Supervisor

• Position: Factory Supervisor
• Location: Woodlands
• Working Days: Monday to Friday and Alternate Saturday
• Working Hours: 9.00AM to 6.00PM
• Salary: Basic up to $4,000 + Performance Bonus
• Benefits: Medical Benefits + 12 Days Annual Leave
• Duration: Permanent

• Our client is an established company supporting construction-related operations and factory inventory management in Singapore. They are currently looking for a hands-on Factory Supervisor to oversee stock accuracy, inventory systems, storage processes and factory safety supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits / cycle counts.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies to maintain high stock accuracy.
• Update inventory transactions and stock data accurately using inventory software.
• Optimise stock levels and identify overstock, obsolete or slow-moving items.
• Implement storage and stock management improvements to reduce cost and improve efficiency.
• Develop efficient storage methods and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
• Supervise factory safety matters during daily operations.
• Support forklift operation when storing materials or stock, where required.
• Prepare and maintain ISO-related documentation.
• Support other operational duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the construction industry.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in inventory control, stock management, factory operations or warehouse supervision will be advantageous.
• Forklift operation experience or forklift licence will be an advantage.
• Responsible team player who is able to work independently in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
