FLEET CONTROLLER

Job Role

·     Plan, schedule, monitor delivery jobs and track drivers and vehicles using transport management system.

·     Familiar with Singapore Industrial sites locations, routes planning & truck operations maintenance.

·     Set daily target performance level and optimize resources to achieve delivery goals.  

·     Pre-plan the next day collection and delivery jobs for drivers and vehicles.

·     Prepare accident report on vehicle and coordinate repairs with vendor.

·     Undertake any other duties as assigned.

Job Skills and Requirements

·     Minimum Diploma with 3 years relevant experience in fleet management and route planning.

·     Speak English and Mandarin or Bahasa to effectively communicate with Mandarin/Bahasa-speaking clients.

·     Good interpersonal communication skills.

·     Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

·     Be customer-centric and result oriented.

·     Proficiency in Excel and Words document.

·     Experience in Oil & Gas delivery or related logistic industry is advantageous.
