• Position: Freight Operations Supervisor – Air, Sea & Land
• Location: Tuas
• Working Days: Monday to Friday, Saturday Half Day
• Working Hours: 9.00AM - 6.00PM, 9.00AM to 1.00PM
• Salary: Basic up to $5,000 + Performance Bonus
• Benefits: Medical Benefits + 14 - 21 Days Annual Leave
• Duration: Permanent

• Our client is an established freight forwarding and logistics service provider supporting air, sea and land shipments. They are currently looking for a Freight Operations Supervisor to oversee daily freight operations, coordinate shipments and guide the operations team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily freight operations, including air, sea and land shipments.
• Coordinate shipment bookings, schedules, deliveries and operational follow-ups.
• Supervise and guide the operations team to meet service and performance targets.
• Handle escalations, customer issues and shipment-related challenges promptly.
• Liaise with carriers, agents, warehouses and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Check and ensure accuracy of shipping documents, including BL, AWB, invoices and permits.
• Ensure compliance with customs requirements, import/export procedures and regulations.
• Monitor shipment progress, manage delays and provide timely updates.
• Support cost control through efficient shipment planning and resource coordination.
• Review workflows and recommend process improvements to improve efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in shipping, logistics, freight forwarding or supply chain operations.
• Good knowledge of import/export procedures and shipping documentation.
• Able to lead a team and manage daily operational issues independently
