Fulfilment Assistant

The Fulfilment Assistant is responsible for planning and coordinating the distribution of medical supplies and equipment to all Minmed locations. This role ensures stock accuracy and operational efficiency while supporting our team during corporate health screening projects.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate delivery schedules of medical supplies, consumables, and equipment to all Minmed locations.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure stock sufficiency and timely replenishment

• Maintain accurate records of stock movement, delivery orders, and inventory levels

• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to track and resolve delivery issues

• Support logistics arrangements for corporate and outreach health screening projects

• Conduct regular stock audits and ensure compliance with safety and storage standards

• Assist in process improvement to enhance logistics efficiency and cost management

• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
  

Requirements:

• Demonstrate a responsible and organised work ethic

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence (candidates without a driving licence are welcome to apply)
