General Procurement Specialist

About the Company

Our client is a next-generation AI infrastructure provider building the compute backbone for AI applications, with a growing footprint across Singapore and Southeast Asia. As the company scales its team and office presence, it needs someone to build out and run procurement for everything that keeps the business operating day to day.

The Role

We are looking for a General Procurement Specialist to manage sourcing across office fit-out, equipment, IT hardware, and software — supporting the company's internal operations as it grows.

What You'll Do

• Manage procurement for office renovation/fit-out projects, office equipment, and general operational needs.
• Source and manage IT equipment and software procurement for internal teams.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships across a broad, non-technical supplier base.
• Support cost control and vendor evaluation across all general procurement categories.
• Coordinate with stakeholders in Singapore and China to support the company's expanding footprint.

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in general/corporate procurement, ideally spanning office setup, IT equipment, and software categories.
• Strong vendor sourcing and negotiation skills across diverse, non-technical categories.
• Comfortable working independently across categories with limited category-specific specialization.
• Willingness and ability for regular business trip to China
