Global Category Manager (PCB, MNC, up to $10k)

KeyResponsibilities

·      Develop and implementglobal sourcing strategies for PCB components to achieve cost savings, qualityimprovements, and supply continuity.

·      Lead supplierselection, negotiation, contract management, and performance evaluationprocesses for PCB suppliers.

·      Monitor market trends,technological advancements, and supply chain risks relevant to PCBs;proactively identify opportunities and challenges.

·      Collaborate withinternal stakeholders to align category strategies with business objectives,new product development, and sustainability goals.

·      Manage supplierrelationships, including performance reviews, corrective actions, and fosteringinnovation and partnership.

·      Ensure compliance withcompany policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements for PCBsourcing.

Qualifications

·      Bachelor’s degree inSupply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or relatedfield.

·      8+ years of experiencein global category management or procurement, preferably within electronics orPCB sourcing.

·      Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills.

·      Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

·      Knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes, market dynamics, supplier base and quality standards.
