Ground Operations Officer

The position will be tasked to support CEVA Ground day-to-day operations eg monitoring delivery products to customers, daily scheduling and handling multiple routes, drivers and deliveries

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee time delivery of goods, while maintaining delivery schedules and track deliveries to ensure deliveries and KPI are met
2. To be able to be contactable & assist operations outside Shift working hours and required to cover shift during offday
3. Ensure high level of customer service emphasized at all levels. Ability to effectively communicate with customers & vendors in a professional manner
4. To be able to escalate when customers & vendors are not in accordance with service level agreement
5. Ensure drivers are performing all of their necessary tasks and responsibilities
6. Maintain frequent contact with peers and proper handover during shift Change
7. To ensure operations are running smoothly on Transport Management System and prepare reports as required

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level with at least 3 years of logistics, ground freight and transportation experience
• Proficient in MS Office
• Understanding of key requirements for ports/shipyards in Singapore
