Haulage Controller

Job Scope:

·               Coordinateand arrange the transportation of containers from PSA International terminalsto customers’ designated locations

·               Plan andschedule trucking operations to ensure timely collection and delivery ofcontainers

·               Liaise withport operators, drivers, and customers to ensure smooth logistics flow

·               Monitorcontainer movement and provide real-time updates on delivery status

·               Ensure alldocumentation (e.g., delivery orders, permits, port clearance) is accurate andcomplete

·               Optimizeroute planning and truck allocation to improve efficiency and reduce delays

·               Handleoperational issues such as delays, congestion, or last-minute changes

·               Maintainproper records of deliveries, trips, and operational data

·               Ensurecompliance with local transport regulations and safety requirements

·               Workclosely with internal teams (operations, customer service, warehouse) forcoordination
