Head of Supply Chain

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the operation of the entire supply chain of the company (MPS Planning, Customer service, planning, MRP Buying and warehouse). Formulate department KPI according to the company's development strategy and annual business plan, organize the formulation and implementation of supply chain strategic planning. Develop and implement a comprehensive SC strategy aligned with company goals
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring SC team carried out in a cost-effective manner
• Continuously enhance operational management systems, processes, and best practices
• Plan and manage inventory, optimize warehouse efficiency, and ensure timely material procurement
• Identify, manage and minimize risks in the SC to ensure business continuity
• Responsible for on time delivery, continuity of production, sales revenue, inventory levels& accuracy and working capital
• Establish and improve the organizational structure of the department, staff job responsibilities, staff assessment system, and improve work ability
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency, reduce costs and enhance service levels
• Oversee material management. Lead the daily operations of the SC departments of the 2entities
• Provide regular reports and analysis to support Company strategic plan
• Other tasks assigned by reporting officer

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Operations / Supply Chain Management / Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
• APICS certification is a strong preference
• Minimum10 years of experience in managing planning/supply chain processes, from semiconductor industry with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Excellent organizational, communication and negotiation skills
• Proven analytical skills with strong work ethics
• Abilityto work with multiple priorities and engage resources within or outside the organization to achieve objectives
• Strong drive and initiatives to complete the commitment of the work
• Strong knowledge of SC technologies, and expertise in ERP systems (Navision is a preference)
